Job summary

Singapore General Hospital (SGH) invites applications for a proactive professional to join the SGH Research Office, supporting Agreements and Partnerships and Research Strategy functions. You will help formalise collaborations with external partners, coordinate negotiations, and assist with governance and reporting to advance SGH’s research objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in science, biomedical science, engineering, a health-related discipline, law-related area, business administration, or another relevant discipline.
• Experience in research administration and/or managing research agreements is advantageous; highly driven fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong organisational, time-management, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Adaptable, resourceful and solutions-oriented, with the ability to learn quickly, work independently and contribute effectively as a team player in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinician researchers in developing and formalising research collaborations with external partners.
• Support negotiations and draft, review and finalise agreements (NDAs, data transfer, project or research collaborations, clinical trial agreements).
• Advise on relevant research policies; support processes and dashboards; coordinate signing ceremonies for key partnerships.
• Support development and implementation of strategic research initiatives and cross-functional coordination.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagements and prepare reports for management and committees.
• Manage research communications platforms, including newsletters, Infopedia, the research webpage and email blasts.
