Job summary

SingHealth seeks a motivated administrator to manage end-to-end fellowship and scholarship programmes funded by ministry, cluster, and philanthropic sources. You will coordinate grant calls, nominations, and interviews, and oversee awards while ensuring policy compliance.

You will act as the main liaison for SingHealth institutions, guiding eligibility, funding support, and award administration, and strive to streamline processes and implement automation where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or a related discipline.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant HR administration or process improvement experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Collaborative team player who can work independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration of fellowship and scholarship programmes from grant calls to award administration.
• Act as the key contact for SingHealth institutions and stakeholders, guiding on policies, eligibility, funding and governance.
• Oversee financial management, fund utilization, claims review, reporting, and compliance with governance requirements.
• Coordinate annual awards ceremony to deliver meaningful experience for award recipients.
• Contribute to process improvements and SOP updates, exploring automation opportunities.
