Job summary

Symrise AG in Singapore seeks an Application Technologist for Savory in APAC. Lead projects from formulation to delivery, focusing on culinary and snack systems while ensuring customer specs and formulation standards are met.

You will work with Commercial, R&D, Flavorists and Operations to drive innovation and commercialization. You will develop formulations, perform stability testing, and provide strong technical support to customers and internal teams, enabling cross-functional knowledge

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field.
3+ years hands-on experience in snack, bouillon, culinary or savory application development.
Solid knowledge of formulation development, processing, stability testing and scale-up.

Responsibilities

Lead savory application projects from formulation to customer delivery.
Develop and optimize formulations; conduct stability testing and scale-up support.
Provide technical application support to customers and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Flavorists, and Operations on new solutions.
Prepare technical reports, data and materials for customer engagement and reviews.
Share knowledge across Global, Regional and Local teams to strengthen capabilities.
