Responsibilities

Lead the application center team to provide technical support by developing solutions for market needs.
Work with cross-functional departments to support commercial planning, enhance value propositions and application knowledge.
Collaborate with Sales, Global Culinary Center, Innovation and Industrialization to drive commercial success.
Manage projects with Marketing APAC to introduce new innovative application concepts to the market.
Network with key business partners in APAC.
Support APAC Sales with technical queries, product promotion, launches, demo kits, and presentations.
Plan and organize training for distributors and newcomers, seminars/webinars, and support programs for external and internal stakeholders.
Conduct visits to customers across the APAC region.
Manage and lead Regional Application Center team; build technical capabilities, mentor food technologists, and supervise interns.
