Job summary

Lesaffre Singapore is seeking an experienced Application Center Manager to lead the APAC application center, delivering technical solutions aligned with market needs. You will collaborate with Sales, Global Culinary Center, and Innovation teams to drive commercial success and develop new application concepts for regional growth.

The role requires mentoring the regional team, overseeing interns, and planning distributor training, seminars, and webinars to promote technical excellence across APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field such as Food Science.
• More than 8 years of professional experience in technical/ innovation/ R&D B2B food ingredients.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with sensory evaluation.
• Exhibit strong technical knowledge with customer relationship management skills.
• Candidates with experience in team management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the application center team and provide technical support by developing market-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Global Culinary Center, Innovation and Industrialization teams to drive commercial success.
• Plan training for distributors and newcomers, and organize seminars/webinars.
• Develop new application concepts and manage regional product portfolio aligned with APAC taste strategy.
• Mentor the regional team and supervise interns.
