Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is hiring a Warehouse Admin in Singapore’s Changi area to manage inventory records, stock movements, and SAP-driven processes. The role requires attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents related to deliveries, stock transfers, and orders.

You will collaborate with warehouse staff, transport partners, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries, stock integrity, and smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse administration or logistics role.
• Experience using SAP is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and update stock movements using SAP system.
• Process goods receiving, goods issuing, and stock transfer documentation.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, transport companies, suppliers and customers regarding deliveries and shipments.
