Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Admin to maintain inventory records, process stock movements in SAP, and support daily warehouse operations.

You will prepare delivery orders and shipping documents, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with transport partners and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

This full-time role offers Mon-Fri 8:30am-6pm, location at Changi, with a monthly salary in the range of SGD 2,000 to 2,500.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse administration or logistics experience.
• Experience with SAP is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and update stock movements in SAP.
• Process goods receiving, issuing, and stock transfer documentation.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, transport companies, suppliers, and customers regarding deliveries.
