Responsibilities

• Monitor and update inventory records using Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Perform stock checks and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate stock movements and ensure proper documentation.
• Perform data entry and prepare inventory reports.
• Track shipments and update customers on delivery status.
• Handle enquiries and resolve issues related to deliveries, stock discrepancies, or damaged goods.
• Support daily warehouse operations and administrative tasks.
