Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse administrator to join our team at Changi. You will maintain inventory records, process stock movements in SAP, and prepare essential documents for shipments and deliveries.

The role requires 1-2 years in warehouse or logistics, and hands-on experience with SAP. Mon-Fri, 8:30am-6pm, salary SGD 2,000–2,500 per month with opportunities to grow in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse administration or logistics role.
• Must have experience in using SAP system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and update stock movements using SAP system.
• Process goods receiving, goods issuing, and stock transfer documentation.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, transport companies, suppliers, and customers regarding deliveries and shipments.
