Job summary

Base Camp Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a SAP Testing Lead for a SAP S/4HANA implementation. You will own the end-to-end test strategy, SIT/UAT, regression, performance and security testing, plus test governance and artefacts.

The role requires 10+ years SAP testing experience, 5+ years as a test lead, and proven ability to manage data masking, environments and sign-off cycles in defence/plain contexts.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• ISTQB Foundation or equivalent testing credential.
• ISTQB Advanced (Test Manager) is strongly preferred.
• SAP Activate awareness.
• SAP/Tricentis test-tool certification is preferred.
• PMP or PRINCE2 is desirable.
• Security-awareness credential is a plus.
• Singapore security clearance experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the master test strategy and plan across unit, SIT, UAT, regression, performance, security and cutover/mock testing.
• Establish test governance — entry/exit criteria, defect management and requirement-to-test-case traceability.
• Own test data management, including masked/representative data suitable for classified/defence constraints.
• Coordinate UAT with DSO business users; manage defect triage, retest and sign-off cycles.
• Lead performance/load testing with the Technical Architect and coordinate security/penetration testing with Security.
• Manage test environments and cycles with Basis; own the test-automation approach where applicable.
• Own test reporting and quality gates feeding go/no-go decisions.
• Ensure test artefacts meet audit and acceptance-criteria requirements.

Job Description: SAP Testing Lead

1. Proposed Project Role

SAP Testing Lead (Key Personnel — Named in Tender)

Owns the end-to-end test strategy and execution — SIT, UAT, regression, performance and security testing — and test governance for the DSO S/4HANA implementation. Named in the tender submission and cannot be substituted after award without the Client's written consent.

2. Name of Personnel

Full legal name as it appears on identity documents. Must match the name on all certification records, reference letters and the security clearance application. No preferred or shortened names.

3. Proposed Project Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Own the master test strategy and plan across unit, SIT, UAT, regression, performance, security and cutover / mock testing.

4. Relevant SAP Implementation Experience

Minimum: 10+ years SAP testing experience, of which 5+ years as a test lead / manager, with at least two full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations owning end-to-end test delivery.

5. Relevant Expertise

Evidence required against:

• Test management: master test strategy, SIT / UAT / regression / performance / security, and defect / traceability governance.
• Tooling: SAP test tools (Solution Manager Test Suite, Tricentis / CBTA or equivalent) and automation frameworks.
• Test data: test-data management and data masking for sensitive / classified data.
• Coordination: performance testing, security / penetration-test coordination and environment scheduling.
• Public-sector / defence: testing under classified data and government acceptance / audit regimes.

6. Relevant or Similar Large-Scale SAP Project Experience

Provide two to three detailed case examples matched to the role and to defence or air-gapped environments.

9. Certifications and Professional Qualifications

Required

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
