Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IS/Finance/Business/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years SAP functional consulting, business transformation, deployment leadership, or programme delivery.
• 3+ full end-to-end SAP implementations/major rollouts (Reqs, design, testing, training, cutover, go-live, hyper care).
• 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations or major deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Singapore SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition deployment and govern global forums.
• Translate global requirements into local actions, owners, and deliverables.
• Provide advisory across Finance, Accounting, Sourcing & Procurement including end-to-end process integration.

Job Profile

Senior local point of contact, functional SME, business advisor, and delivery lead for the Singapore implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. Lead local implementation through design, testing, training, cutover, go-live, hyper care, and transition to steady-state support, working with the Global SAP team and implementation partners. Scope covers Finance & Accounting, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders, master data, workflows, approvals, controls, reporting, integrations, testing, training, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Singapore SAP S/4HANACloud Public Edition deployment and represent Singapore in global project meetings, workshops, testing, cutover, and governance forums.
• Translate global requirements, decisions, dependencies, and timelines into local actions, owners, and deliverables.
• Provide functional advisory across Finance, Accounting, Sourcing & Procurement, including end-to-end process integration.
• Conduct current-state assessment, fit-to-standard workshops, process mapping, future-state design, and gap analysis.
• Review SAP standard functionality, workflows, roles, reports, forms, interfaces, and operating procedures; promote fit-to-standard and clean-core principles.
• Manage requirements, process/system gaps, risks, workarounds, enhancements, decisions, andpost-go-live improvement backlog.
• Coordinate data preparation, cleansing, validation, migration, reconciliation, and business sign-off.
• Lead/coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, cutover rehearsals, and readiness assessments.
• Develop and deliver role-based training, user demonstrations, change management, adoption activities, and floor-walking support.
• Manage the Singapore cut over plan, go-live readiness, command-centre activities, hypercare, issue triage, RCA, and transition to steady-state support.
• Manage project schedule, scope, RAID, dependencies, resources, budget, quality, change control, reporting, and governance.
• Ensure financial controls, segregation of duties, access, security, compliance, audit requirements, and approval workflows are addressed.
• Provide executive reporting and constructive challenge to global teams, implementation partners, and local stakeholders.
• Drive post-go-live optimisation, benefits realisation, enhancement roadmap, knowledge transfer, and project closure.

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of SAP functional consulting, business transformation, deployment leadership, or programme delivery experience.
• At least 3 full end-to-end SAP implementations/major rollouts covering requirements, design, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and hyper care.
• At least 2 end-to-end SAPS/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations or major country deployments. ECC, on-premise S/4HANA, or Private Edition-only experience is not sufficient.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance and Sourcing & Procurement.
• Strong experience with Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, approval workflows, purchasing master data, receipts/service confirmation, invoice dependencies, and accounting impacts.
• Proven experience infit-to-standard workshops, gap management, data, testing, cutover, go-live, hyper care, and user training.
• Experience as a Country Deployment Lead, Local Implementation Lead, or Senior Functional Lead within a global SAP template programme.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, challenge decisions constructively, and communicate complex SAP concepts in clear business language.
• Willingness to work regularly on-site in Singapore and provide intensive support during go-live/hyper care.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance/Procurement certification; SAP Activate, Central Business Configuration, Cloud ALM, Signavio, Fiori, Flexible Workflows, Embedded Analytics; Singapore statutory/tax experience; multinational/global template experience; PMP/PRINCE2; relevant industry experience; change management and benefits-realisation experience.
