ACCORD INNOVATIONS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Implementation / IS Consultant to consolidate SAP SuccessFactors environments across Singapore and Thailand into a single instance.

You will review solution designs, testing strategies, data migration plans, and cutover activities while aligning with business and technical requirements. The role involves coordinating with implementation vendors and internal stakeholders, overseeing UAT, validation of vendor deliverables, and

Qualifications

Relevant degree/diploma in IT/CS/HR/Business/Engineering or related discipline.
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, HRIS implementation or enterprise HR technology projects.
Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors.
Understanding of HR business processes and operations.
Experience through structured implementation phases: Functional / Technical Design, Build and Unit Testing, System / Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Data Migration, Cutover.
Experience reviewing vendor deliverables and managing implementation partners.
Strong documentation, facilitation, analytical and logical-thinking skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive issue resolution.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Support consolidation of SAP SuccessFactors environments across Singapore and Thailand.
Review and validate vendor deliverables throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Review functional and technical design documentation and provide feedback to ensure alignment with requirements.
Review unit test methodologies and test scripts.
Review system and integration test scenarios and scripts.
Participate in and support IT testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Review data migration designs, cutover plans and related task lists.
Support and oversee data migration and cutover execution.
Participate in change management, communication and training activities.
Monitor vendor progress against project plans, milestones and deliverables.
Identify project issues, coordinate resolution and drive issues to closure.
Facilitate discussions between business, technical and vendor teams.
Maintain project documentation and provide implementation status updates.
