The role requires hands‑on LMS work, strong stakeholder management, and experience integrating with Employee Central; contract position with delivery focus and global exposure.

Qualifikationen

• 5–6 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with strong LMS specialization.
• Experience in at least one end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation.
• Hands-on LMS configuration and administration experience.
• Good understanding of LMS processes and Learning & Development operations, including integration with Employee Central.

Aufgaben

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementations.
• Conduct workshops with HR/L&D and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Map learning processes to SuccessFactors Learning capabilities and design solutions.
• Prepare BRDs, FSDs, configuration documents, and test scripts.
• Configure LMS according to requirements and best practices.
• Manage LMS modules: Items, Courses, Programs, Paths, Assessments, Tracking, and Compliance.
• Support SIT/UAT, data migration, cutover, go‑live and hyper‑care.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and training materials.
