Job summary

Singapore Institute of Technology seeks an experienced Senior IT Consultant to provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors modules across Employee Central Core, Benefits, Leave, and more. You will analyze requirements, translate them into specifications, and coordinate signoffs with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include configuring permissions, supporting upgrades, driving end-to-end testing, and collaborating with vendors to maintain and enhance the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors support and configuration across multiple modules.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SuccessFactors modules across Employee Central Core, Benefits, Leave, Timesheet, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding and Offboarding.
• Conduct requirement analysis, translate needs into specifications, and secure user signoffs.
• Evaluate potential solutions and provide recommendations to business users.
• Assist configuration including Role-Based Permissions and support upgrades.
• Plan and execute end-to-end testing and support UAT.
• Collaborate with vendors and teams on maintenance, patches, and upgrades.
