Job summary

NCS in Singapore seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Onboarding to design, implement, and optimize onboarding solutions within SAP SuccessFactors. You will work with clients to understand organizational needs, configure for requirements, and ensure successful deployment of onboarding programs that improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

3–5 years SAP implementation or support experience.
Deep experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
At least 3 end-to-end implementation projects.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead the team of consultants.

Responsibilities

Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions tailored to client structures.
Gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Perform configuration, testing, and QA for onboarding workflows.
Develop data migration strategies including mapping, cleansing, and validation.
Facilitate UAT sessions and provide end-user support throughout the project.
Create detailed technical documentation and user guides.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals.
Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations.
Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors onboarding updates and best practices.
Mentor junior consultants and share domain knowledge.
