Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an SAP Consultant to manage end-to-end SAP projects, including SuccessFactors integrations, change requests, and stakeholder engagement across multiple client sectors.

You will lead workshops, map business processes to SAP, configure modules, document specifications, and support offshore teams through quarterly SF releases. Excellent communication and a hands-on delivery mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• 3 years PM/GM and Employee Central support experience & Recruitment modules.
• Familiarity with process mapping and SAP HCM modules.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand change requests.
• Document needs and obtain sign-off.
• Design and configure SAP modules; test and deploy.
• Support offshore integration and projects with SuccessFactors.
• Log queries in the change management system and update.
• Manage customer expectations during SF quarterly releases.
• Engage with stakeholders across the full lifecycle.
