Job summary
synapxe pte. ltd. seeks a Senior Manager / SuccessFactors Solutions Architect to own the enterprise SAP SuccessFactors architecture and strategy within Singapore public healthcare clusters.
You will oversee governance, critical delivery leadership, and platforms modernization across HR digital programs. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape roadmaps, and collaborate with executives, vendors, and HR leaders to ensure scalable, secure SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligning with enterprise
Qualifications
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in enterprise HR technology solutions, ERP, or HRIS environments.
- At least 5 years in a leadership, enterprise architect, solution architect, or senior delivery management capacity.
- Proven experience leading large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations and transformation programs.
- Experience managing enterprise-level stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the enterprise HR technology architecture roadmap across SAP SuccessFactors and related platforms.
- Lead solution design discussions for large-scale HR transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and business strategy.
- Establish architectural standards, design patterns, integration frameworks, and governance models for HR systems.
- Evaluate emerging SAP technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous innovation and digital transformation.
- Serve as the primary architectural authority for solution design approvals, architecture reviews, and technical governance forums.
