NCS Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Onboarding to design, implement, and optimize onboarding solutions within SAP SuccessFactors for diverse clients.

You will gather requirements, configure workflows, lead UAT, provide documentation, and mentor junior consultants while staying current with SAP updates.

Formación

• Minimum of 3-5 years SAP Implementation and/or application support experience.
• Deep experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Module.
• At least 3 end to end implementation project experience.
• Self-motivated with strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead the team of functional and technical consultants.

Responsabilidades

• Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module solutions tailored to client organizational structures and requirements.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to translate them into system configurations and customizations.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and quality assurance to ensure onboarding workflows function as intended.
• Develop and execute data migration strategies, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation for onboarding processes.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions and provide comprehensive support to end-users throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Create detailed technical documentation, process flows, and user guides for onboarding procedures and system functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization recommendations to maximize system utilization.
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates, features, and best practices in onboarding and talent management.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge regarding onboarding module expertise and implementation methodologies.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in the Onboarding Module to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing onboarding solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their organizational needs, configure the system to meet business requirements, and ensure successful deployment of onboarding programs that enhance the employee experience and streamline HR processes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum of 3-5 years SAP Implementation and/or application support experience.
• Deep experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Module.
• At least 3 end to end implementation project experience
• Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques
• Understanding of process harmonization concepts
• The ability to conduct requirement and solution workshops
• Ability to lead the team and functional and technical consultants
