Job summary

TOSS-EX PR PTE. LTD. is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to drive complex SAP SF implementations for Singapore clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage data gathering, design, testing, deployment and post-implementation support in HCM modules.

You will liaise with clients' HR teams, work onsite in Singapore, and be ready to travel. Certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules and hands-on techno-functional experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in a Singapore consulting environment.
• Hands-on techno-functional experience liaising with Singapore HR teams & customers.
• Proficient in HCM/SF modules across industries in a Singapore consulting context.
• Certified in at least two SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong skills in business analysis, testing, architecture knowledge and solution design.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• As SuccessFactors Project Manager, you will be working and liaising with our top clients with cross-functional teams.
• Involve in the full process of data gathering and analysis on user requirement, project design, strong project implementation in HCM modules, post-implementation support and roll-out.
• Identify, assess and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• You will work on implementation for Singapore clients for SuccessFactor.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience working in Singapore consulting environment
• Active hands-on Techno-Functional experience liaising with Singapore clients HR team & customer fronting
• Very experienced function and/or technical skills in all areas of the HCM/SF modules in Singapore consulting environment in various industries
• Must be certified in any of minimum 2 SuccessFactors modules
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical & functional Solution Design
• Presales experience will be added advantage
• Readiness to learn and deliver additional modules
• Must be fully vaccinated
• Candidates have expertise in a SuccessFactors & SAP HCM implementation processes
• You should be flexible/willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
• You are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management. This role also requires functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training
• Based in Singapore and able to work onsite
• Travel may required.
