Job summary

Helius Technologies in Singapore is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. The role requires hands-on techno-functional work with Singapore HR teams and two SF modules certifications.

The position is a 12-month contract (extendable) with potential conversion to permanent, based on performance, and is a Work From Office (WFO) role in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors project experience.
• Hands-on techno-functional work with Singapore HR teams.
• Two SAP SuccessFactors module certifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and analysis skills.
• Experience in implementation, testing, deployment and post-implementation support.
• Presales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementations.
• Collaborate with Singapore clients and HR teams.
• Lead configuration, testing, deployment and post-implementation support.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong experience managing end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementations.
• Hands-on techno-functional experience working directly with Singapore clients and HR teams.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Must hold certifications in at least two SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Excellent stakeholder management, business analysis, solution design, and project delivery skills.
• Presales experience would be an added advantage.
