Job summary

vy systems pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant to lead client projects in Singapore.

You will drive requirements gathering, design solutions and oversee delivery from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines. The role demands strong techno-functional SF/HCM expertise, stakeholder management and presales contribution. Certification in at least two SF modules is required, and readiness to learn new modules will be valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years SAP SuccessFactors experience in Singapore consulting.
• Hands-on techno-functional skills across SF/HCM modules.
• Certified in at least 2 SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong business analysis, testing, design, and architecture knowledge.
• Presales experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and deliver additional modules.
• Must be willing to travel within Singapore for client engagements.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation projects from initiation to delivery.
• Liaise with Singapore clients, HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead requirements gathering, business analysis and solution design.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide techno-functional expertise across SuccessFactors/HCM modules.
• Oversee testing, training, deployment, release management and post-implementation support.
• Support Agile delivery, application development and production support activities.
• Travel within Singapore and work onsite at client locations when required.
• Support presales and solutioning activities where applicable.

Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience working inSingaporeconsulting environment

• Active hands-on Techno-Functional experience liaising withSingaporeclients HR team & customer fronting

• Very experienced function and/or technical skills in all areas of the HCM/SF modules in Singapore consulting environment in various industries

• Must be certified in any of minimum 2 SuccessFactors modules

• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical & functional Solution Design

• Presales experience will be added advantage

• Readiness to learn and deliver additional modules

• Strong hands-on techno-functional experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

• Strong experience in SuccessFactors implementation and project delivery.

• Certification in at least 2 SAP SuccessFactors modules.

• Proficiency in business analysis, testing, solution design and architecture.

• Experience in functional/technical design, deployment, training and release management.

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

• Presales experience is an advantage.
