Job summary

ELLIOTT MOSS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementations for Singapore clients.

The role requires strong techno-functional expertise, client-facing skills and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and to high quality standards. You will collaborate with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders, guide requirements, design solutions, oversee testing and deployment, and support

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years SAP SuccessFactors experience in a Singapore consulting environment.
• Strong hands-on techno-functional experience in SuccessFactors.
• Proven experience working directly with Singapore clients and HR teams.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Extensive experience across SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of HCM/SuccessFactors modules. SAP SuccessFactors certification in at least 2 modules.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Singapore.
• Must be currently based in Singapore and available to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Work closely with Singapore clients, HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment and post-implementation support.
• Manage implementation and rollout activities across SuccessFactors/HCM modules. Identify, assess and resolve complex business and project issues.
• Coordinate with regional teams on delivery and implementation activities.
• Provide functional and methodological guidance for testing, training and deployment.
• Oversee software-specific design, realization, testing, release and deployment activities.
• Work across Agile application development, support and deployment environments.
• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations, timelines and quality standards.
• Support additional SuccessFactors modules and delivery areas as required.
• Contribute to presales activities where required.

• Must be currently based in Singapore and available to work onsite.
• Must be willing and able to travel frequently within Singapore.
• Must be fully vaccinated.
