Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted material supply and alignment with business priorities. You will lead a high-performing team, manage budgets, analyze KPIs, and pursue cost efficiency through transformation and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Engineering or Supply Chain
• At least 8 years of leadership experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, operations, or manufacturing
• Strong financial, analytical and business acumen with budgeting experience
• Experience in governance, policy setting and performance management

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement operations and supplier commitments
• Establish procurement policies, standards and governance frameworks
• Monitor supplier performance and manage delivery commitments to ensure continuity
• Lead procurement transformation through process optimisation and automation
• Track procurement KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
• Develop and coach a high-performing procurement operations team
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Finance teams
