Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Procurement ERP Transformation SME to lead end-to-end procurement and SAP migration activities. You will partner with IT and project teams to translate business needs into system solutions, develop UAT scripts, and drive data cleansing and configuration reviews across the ERP program.

The role requires deep SAP proficiency, strong procurement process knowledge, and proven PM/Stakeholder management in an MNC context.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems or related discipline.
Relevant experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Sales, preferably in raw materials and/or packaging materials.
Experience in MNC environments with exposure to intercompany transactions.
Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and SAP.
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP / S/4HANA transformation or migration projects.
Experience writing UAT scripts, test scenarios and process documentation.
Experience in SOP development and process improvement.
Exposure to drop shipment processes is highly desirable.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and provide subject matter expertise on raw material procurement processes and workflow in SAP.
Understand end-to-end procurement processes, including PO creation, supplier management, goods receipt and intercompany transactions.
Leverage customer service / order management experience, particularly around receiving and processing Purchase Orders.
Support drop shipment and intercompany procurement scenarios.
Review and improve procurement processes to ensure they are efficient, compliant and aligned with business requirements.
Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation and work instructions.
Act as the Procurement business representative / SME for the ERP transformation programme.
Work closely with IT, SAP consultants and project teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
Participate in SAP configuration reviews, process walkthroughs and solution validation.
Support SAP migration activities, including data validation, cleansing and business readiness.
Develop and execute UAT scripts and test scenarios covering procurement and customer sales processes.
Coordinate and participate in SIT/UAT, defect identification, resolution and retesting.
Validate end-to-end processes across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance and related functions.
Support cutover, go-live preparation and post-go-live stabilisation.
Identify process gaps and recommend practical solutions to minimise business disruption.
Support project planning, tracking and delivery of procurement-related workstreams.
Coordinate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Communicate project updates, risks, issues and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.
Work independently while proactively identifying issues and driving them to resolution.
Support change management and user adoption activities for new ERP processes.
