Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Procurement SME to manage and provide subject matter expertise on raw material procurement processes in SAP, aligning end-to-end procurement with business goals and compliance.

You will work with IT and project teams to translate requirements into system solutions, review SAP configurations, support migration activities, develop UAT scripts, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience in raw material procurement and order management.
• Ability to navigate end-to-end procurement lifecycle and intercompany transactions.
• Proven track record in process improvement and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME on raw material procurement in SAP and guide workflow.
• Understand and optimize PO creation, supplier management, goods receipt.
• Support SAP migration, data validation, and UAT/ SIT activities.
• Coordinate with IT and project teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Lead change management and user adoption for new ERP processes.
