Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a subject matter expert in raw material procurement and SAP to drive end-to-end procurement processes within our ERP transformation program. You will collaborate with IT and SAP consultants to translate business requirements into system solutions and validate processes across procurement and finance functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in raw material procurement and SAP.
• Understanding end-to-end procurement processes and PO flows.
• Familiar with UAT/SIT and solution validation in ERP projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide SME on raw material procurement and SAP workflows.
• Understand end-to-end procurement processes including PO creation and goods receipt.
• Support SAP migration activities and data validation.
• Develop and execute UAT scripts and test scenarios for procurement processes.
• Coordinate with IT, SAP consultants and project teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Identify process gaps and propose practical improvements to minimize disruption.
• Support change management and user adoption for new ERP processes.
