Job summary

Goodman Employment Agency is seeking a Warehouse Admin in Singapore to support documentation, order processing and daily warehouse operations from Changi South. The role involves archiving documents, managing monthly outstanding Purchase Orders, and coordinating customer self-collections.

You will enter data in SAP, track deliveries and receipts, and perform weekly stock cycle counts to assist stock reconciliations.

• Proven ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Archive documentation orderly, clear monthly outstanding Purchase Orders (POs), manage customer self-collections, and handle general office/ pantry replenishment and basic warehouse housekeeping.
• Coordinate parts lists (PLs), update tracking numbers, and handle daily delivery/receiving coordination
• Data entry in SAP
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and assist with stock reconciliations.
