Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is hiring a Warehouse Admin to join our Singapore operations at Changi. You will maintain inventory records, process goods receipts and issues, prepare orders and shipping documents, and coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires 1–2 years in warehouse administration or logistics, and hands-on experience with SAP. Working hours are Mon–Fri, 8.30am–6pm, with a monthly salary in the SGD range stated above.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse administration or logistics.
• Experience using SAP system is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and update stock movements using SAP system.
• Process goods receiving, goods issuing, and stock transfer documentation.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, transport companies, suppliers, and customers regarding deliveries and shipments.
