THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Admin to manage stock movements, invoicing, and shipping documentation from our Changi facility. You will work closely with warehouse staff and external partners to ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory records.

Applicants should have 1–2 years in warehouse administration or logistics and be proficient with SAP. The role is on-site at Changi, with Monday–Friday hours and a 8:30am–6:00pm schedule.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse administration or logistics
• Experience using SAP system

Responsabilidades

• Maintain inventory records and update stock movements using SAP system.
• Process goods receiving, goods issuing, and stock transfer documentation.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, transport companies, suppliers, and customers regarding deliveries and shipments.
