Job summary

Ad Astra Consultants is seeking an experienced SAP Development Lead to drive the technical workstream for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation in Singapore. You will oversee RICEFW, ABAP, Fiori/UI5, BTP and API integrations, while ensuring clean-core development and robust transport discipline.

You will lead the development team, coordinate SIT/UAT and cutover activities, and maintain code quality, security and performance across the project landscape.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP development with 5+ years in a lead role.
• 2+ full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong ABAP/ABAP for HANA, CDS, OData, Fiori/UI5.
• Experience with SAP BTP, RAP/CAP and API integration.
• Clean-core and DevOps/CI-CD experience.
• Singapore security clearance is an advantage.
