Job summary

Tap Growth ai seeks an experienced SAP Development Lead to drive innovation and excellence across SAP projects. You will lead the development workstream, ensure quality, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

With 10+ years in SAP development and 5+ years in leadership, you will oversee ABAP, HANA/RAP, CDS, OData, and Fiori/UI5, while coordinating DevOps/CI-CD and security considerations across teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP development experience with 5+ years in a lead role.
• 2 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations with clean-core extensibility.
• Strong hands-on ABAP, ABAP for HANA/RAP, CDS, OData, Fiori/UI5.
• Experience with SAP BTP, CAP/RAP, APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of RICEFW, forms, interfaces, enhancements.
• Experience with code review, security scanning, transport management, DevOps and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP development workstream, including RICEFW, extensions, coding standards, code reviews, and quality.
• Drive clean-core development, leveraging in-app and side-by-side extensibility using SAP BTP, RAP, and CAP.
• Lead development across ABAP/ABAP for HANA/RAP, CDS, OData, Fiori/UI5, forms, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and development solutions.
• Manage developer authorisations, transports, and DevOps/CI-CD in collaboration with Basis and Technical Architecture teams.
• Ensure unit testing, code security, performance, and development quality.
• Support SIT/UAT defect resolution and technical cutover activities.
• Lead and manage development teams, including security-cleared resources working in controlled environments

What You’ll Do:
