Based in MacPherson, you will coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Sales to meet delivery commitments, maintain stock levels, and uphold AQMS/EMS requirements. The role requires Diploma-level education and SAP B1 experience with a focus on aerospace-related quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma-level education or equivalent.
• Proficiency in SAP Business One (SAP B1) preferred.
• Experience in Chemical / Manufacturing / Distributing Industry is required.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Generate quotations, provide them to customers, and follow up on order receipt.
• Review and process customer orders.
• Liaise with customers to clarify order discrepancies and confirm orders.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Department for stock availability and delivery dates.
• Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers and monitor incoming shipments.
• Communicate with customers on estimated delivery dates and obtain acceptance.
• Initiate purchase or delivery arrangements as per documented procedures.
• Oversee processing of customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Sales to meet delivery expectations.
• Support customers across Performance Products and Polymer segments, including aerospace/composites, ensuring timely order fulfilment and quality compliance.
• Receive forecasts from customers and plan inventory levels.
• Analyse customer feedback and work with management to improve service quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Monitor and update price lists for the division’s products.
• Assist Finance with invoice submission and follow-up on payments.
• Generate necessary sales reports; ensure AQMS and EMS compliance.
• Ensure procedures, standards, and guidelines are followed.
