Job summary

MES LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a logistics administrator to support order processing and documentation. You will handle BOMs, create POs and SOs in SAP, and manage returns, credits, and invoicing steps to ensure smooth operations.

You will coordinate with forwarders, declare DHL waybills, support stock checks and audits, and prepare quotations for parts availability while maintaining accurate records on SharePoint.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Secondary education completed.
• Willing to work 5.5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Download BOM lists and drawings.
• Create POs and SOs in SAP.
• Process orders and returns/credits (HDD).
• Declare DHL waybill information.
• Coordinate with forwarders for outbound shipments.
• Prepare quotations for parts availability.
• Conduct stock takes and audits.
