Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer to design and build enterprise-grade applications on Service Cloud and Public Sector Solutions (PSS).

You will craft Apex classes and Lightning Web Components, integrate REST/SOAP APIs, and collaborate with business analysts and architects to deliver scalable solutions. Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and customization.
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Aura Components.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions on Service Cloud and PSS platforms.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce applications.
• Build Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement declarative solutions using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and approval workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Configure Service Cloud features including Case Management, Entitlements, Service Console, Knowledge.
• Deliver solutions leveraging Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
• Support configuration and customization of PSS data models and regulatory workflows.
• Participate in full SDLC including requirements, design, development, testing and deployment.
• Support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live hypercare.

Requirements:

• Hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and customization
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
• Experience in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components
• Experience with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture
• Familiarity with deployment tools such as VS Code with Salesforce Extensions, SFDX CLI, or Gearset
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio components: OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures preferred
• Experience building and configuring Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) portals and sites preferred
