EXPRESS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Salesforce Developer in Singapore to design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Public Sector platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Administrator.
• Proficient in Apex, SOQL, LWC and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Flows, Objects, Validation Rules).
• Configure and implement Salesforce capabilities on Public Sector Solution, Service Cloud, with exposure to Experience Cloud.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft integration services.
• Participate in sprint activities: backlog grooming, planning, development, testing, deployment.
• Translate business requirements into technical implementations and document designs in Jira/Confluence.
• Perform unit testing, support integration testing, and resolve defects to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce environments, ensure platform stability, and minimize downtime.
• Support deployments across dev, SIT, UAT, staging, and production; follow CI/CD processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures.
