Job summary

Virtusa Singapore is seeking an experienced Salesforce consultant to lead Service Cloud / PSS implementations. You will leverage OmniStudio, Apex, SOQL and LWC to deliver integrated solutions that meet business needs across customer service processes.

Salesforce Platform API development and integrations will be a core focus, supported by relevant certifications such as Platform Developer I/II and OmniStudio Developer.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce, Service Cloud / PSS implementations.
Strong expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, Omni s), Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Platform API development and integration
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / II, OmniStudio Developer, Service Cloud Consultant.
