Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support end-to-end Salesforce solutions from requirements gathering through implementation and user adoption.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce Consultants, Developers, and Architects to capture needs, document requirements, and translate them into effective Salesforce outcomes across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Salesforce BA/Functional Consulting experience.
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certifications.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and declarative features.
• Experience creating user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration: objects, fields, flows, validation, security.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to work with both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate processes into user stories, flows, and specs.
• Maintain documentation, acceptance criteria, and traceability.
• Support design, delivery, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with Architects and Developers to implement requirements.
• Perform Salesforce configuration and validation activities.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect triage, and resolution.
• Contribute to training materials and knowledge transfer.
