SRI KARTHIKEYAN PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Sales Assistant Manager to support the sales manager in daily store operations. You will drive strategies to boost sales, handle customer concerns, and assist with recruiting and delegating tasks to staff in the manager's absence.

The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and the ability to ensure policy compliance while delivering excellent service. Join our busy store team in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Relevant sales and customer service experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to store targets.
• Supervise and guide sales staff; motivate to achieve sales goals.
• Monitor sales team performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and stocked.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Attend meetings and training sessions regularly.
• Perform duties of Sales Manager in absence or emergencies.
• Update managers with daily action summaries.
