Job summary

ar rahiq pte. ltd. is seeking a proactive Sales Assistant Manager to support the sales manager in daily operations, drive strategies to boost sales, handle customer complaints, and assist in recruiting sales staff. The role also involves delegating tasks in the manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is advantageous.
• Proven experience in sales and customer service.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Availability to work during opening hours incl. evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Supervise and guide the sales team.
• Monitor sales team performance.
• Ensure store is clean and well-maintained.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Attend sales meetings and training.
• Maintain stocked store and manage POS.
• Update customer records as required.
• Assist with recruitment of sales staff.
• Perform duties of Sales Manager in absence.
