Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Continually meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Supervise and guide the sales team; motivate staff to achieve targets.
• Monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Ensure store cleanliness and proper maintenance at all times.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure adequate stock of company products.
• Perform duties of Sales Manager in absence or emergency.
• Update managers with daily action summaries.
