AR RAHIQ PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day sales team activities and ensure targets are met. You will work closely with store/GM/production managers to align customer needs with product offerings.

The role involves leading a team, developing sales plans, and representing the company at trade shows and events to boost brand visibility. A marketing-focused business background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with emphasis on marketing.
• Proven work experience in marketing and achieving set targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent selling skills with ability to close deals.
• People-oriented with ability to motivate a team.
• Identify growth opportunities and new business partnerships.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet opening hours.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.
• Assist the line manager to recruit, training, enumerating, and retaining a competent sales team.
• Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers’ on-boarded reports.
• Prepare sales presentations and other sales tools.
• Assist the line managers to ensure adequate client communication, maintain contacts with clients and provide feedback.
• Initiate sales activities, strategies, and sales plans to build brand visibility.
• Serve as a reference for employees on work ethic and character.
• Develop and maintain records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active clients.
• Control marketing expenses within budget.
• Attend trade shows and represent the organization.
• Evaluate performance and seek improvements.
