Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in hotel sales or revenue management, preferably in 4-star hotels.
• Proficient in prospecting, negotiation and managing customer relationships.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and competitive landscape.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong follow-up actions and service quality delivery.
• IT savvy with familiarity of OPERA system.

Responsibilities

• Increase corporate client base and boost hotel revenues through solicitations and trust-building.
• Identify new markets and opportunities and gather market information.
• Review sales performance, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Use emails, phone, and social media to develop client relationships.
• Develop guest relationships and ensure service meets company standards.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and assist in annual sales budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements.
• Follow-up on proposals, contracts, reservations, payments.
