Job summary

Pan Pacific Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Guest Services Executive (Rooms Management) to join our Rooms Division. You will ensure accuracy of guest reservations in the PMS and support room allocation to enhance guest experience.

This role requires at least 2 years in Front Office or Reservations, strong administrative skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Opera PMS is preferred to maintain high standards of service in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years in Front Office, Reservations or related hospitality functions.
• Strong administrative and record-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify reservation details in the PMS.
• Check reservations from the previous day and upcoming arrivals for accuracy.
• Verify rate codes, room rates, routing, billing, and comments.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles including membership and arrival info.
• Identify and merge duplicate guest profiles when needed.
• Ensure follow-up notes are communicated to relevant departments.
• Process and monitor prepayments for non-refundable reservations.
• Adhere to credit and financial controls to protect revenue.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolution with departments.
• Support room allocation, especially for guests with preferences.
