Job summary

PAN PACIFIC HOTELS GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Sales Manager to support the Director of Sales in driving revenue growth through development of MICE and corporate opportunities. You will expand the MICE and corporate client base, negotiate rates, manage accounts, and prepare sales forecasts.

The ideal candidate is proactive, driven, and knowledgeable about hospitality sales with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience in hospitality sales with MICE and corporate segments.
• Proactive, driven and results-oriented sales professional with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business expanding the client base in corporate and MICE segments.
• Develop and maintain contact with business partners and close sales.
• Negotiate room rates and manage rate loading to optimize revenue growth.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports aligned with management strategy.
• Collaborate with other sales teams and attend key client meetings.
• Attend tradeshows and major functions as directed by leadership.
• Ensure excellent client relationship through attention to detail and responsiveness.
