Job summary

YEAP MEDICAL SUPPLIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Sales Support professional in Singapore to assist the sales team with tender submissions, pricing, and customer communications.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, prepare quotations, and manage price lists within NetSuite. The role requires a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent, at least 2 years of experience in sales support or admin, and strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support or Sales Admin.
• Experienced in tender submissions.
• Familiar with ERP systems (NetSuite).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and methodical in pricing, tenders, quotations, and invoicing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to sales team.
• Monitor tender portals, acknowledge purchase orders.
• Perform tender submissions including price, specifications, corporate profile, and certificates.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations.
• Maintain and update product price lists.
• Manage NetSuite data entry for pricing and stock transfers.
• Process NetSuite Inventory Transfer Forms.
• Respond to sales and general enquiries.
• Provide administrative support for PM, CM, equipment setup, commissioning, post-sale activities, and device inspection requests.
• Generate sales invoices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Manager and Product Manager.
