Job summary

Corestaff Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused Sales Support Executive to support sales operations, quotation processing and customer account coordination. You will work closely with the sales, technical and service teams to ensure orders, work arrangements and customer requests are handled accurately and promptly, contributing to a smooth order-to-cash process.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies, Office Administration or related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales support, customer service, sales coordination or order processing.
• Experience in engineering, industrial products, or security systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Process sales orders and customer purchase orders
• Maintain and archive sales documents and records
• Assist with customer portal setup and vendor registration
• Coordinate communication-link applications and down-payment collection when required
• Prepare service agreements for system commissioning
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments
• Prepare monthly quotation summaries and sales performance reports
• Contact customers to build rapport and gather feedback
• Support customer-service programmes and customer visits
