Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Support Executive to support its Singapore operations in customer service, order processing and fulfilment coordination. The role is based in the West region with a 5.5-day work week (Mon-Sat) and standard hours from 8am to 5pm.

You will handle order status inquiries, pricing and delivery matters, process orders accurately, prepare quotations, and coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure smooth deliveries and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales support, customer service or order coordination.
• Background in FMCG, food distribution or similar fast-paced environment is advantageous.
• Experience in using Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail with good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple requests efficiently.
• Ability to commit a 5.5-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Support customers on order status, product availability, pricing and delivery-related matters.
• Manage order entries and ensure all details are accurately captured before fulfilment.
• Prepare quotations and supporting documents based on approved commercial terms.
• Liaise with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve order issues.
• Follow up on returns, exchanges and other post-delivery matters.
• Provide customers with relevant product documentation and certificates when required.
• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks related to order fulfilment.
