Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Trade Compliance Coordinator on a 1-year contract. You will process customer orders and contracts, coordinate with factories on pricing and scheduling, and monitor payments to support smooth order flow.

The role requires a Diploma and at least 5 years of import/export documentation experience, with strong SAP/CRM familiarity and attention to regulatory details. Working hours are Mon-Fri 9-6; salary up to SGD 3,600 per month.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
At least 5 years relevant experience with knowledge of import/export documentation.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders and contracts, ensuring accurate pricing and order confirmations.
Coordinate with factories on special pricing, order fulfilment and delivery schedules.
Monitor outstanding payments, credit limits and liaise with Accounts Receivable on overdue accounts.
Handle Letters of Credit (LC), including negotiations and preparation of relevant documentation.
Issue debit and credit notes where required.
Coordinate shipment arrangements, ensuring compliance with Incoterms and customer requirements.
Prepare import/export and customs clearance documentation.
Maintain accurate customer and project records in SAP and CRM systems.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints and coordinate product returns with the Quality Department.
