Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Import / Export Officer to manage end-to-end customs declarations, document verification, and trade document accuracy in a busy logistics environment at Paya Lebar.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, experience in import/export or 3PL, and familiarity with LC applications; certification is a plus.

This 3-month contract runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, supporting the finance and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in import/export, logistics, supply chain, or 3PL operations.
• Certification: Customs Competency Test for Declarants is an advantage.
• Permit declaration experience is preferred.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and compliance work.

Responsibilities

• Process import and export permit declarations accurately and on time.
• Review invoices, packing lists, pricing, and trade documents for accuracy.
• Assist with Letter of Credit (LC) applications and related documentation.
• Provide supply chain and compliance-related administrative support as needed.
