Job summary

One Vogue Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support our engineering services team at Kaki Bukit.

The role involves responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating with Sales Engineers and Field Service to fulfil orders. You will manage enquiries via email, phone, and messaging, track orders, maintain records, and build technical knowledge of clean factory automation products.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics or related engineering field is required.
• Experience in sales coordination, sales support, or technical support preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and messaging, coordinating with internal teams to clarify requirements.
• Prepare quotations for services, technical support, and spare parts, including pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders and order status to ensure prompt processing and fulfilment.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineers, Field Service, and internal departments for service arrangements.
• Check spare parts availability and arrange delivery schedules for service support and urgent machine recovery.
• Track service reports, delivery acknowledgements, and related sales documents.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, spare parts, and deliveries.
• Provide sales coordination and administrative support while building technical knowledge of clean factory automation products and services.

Basic Salary: $2800 - $3200

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries through email, phone, and messaging platforms, and coordinate with internal teams to clarify requirements.
